We are an Engineering Inspection and Design company offering the following services: Property Inspections, Structural Damage Assessments, Building Evaluations, Engineering Design, Structural Consulting, CAD Drafting, Permit Drawings, and Construction Management.

We are located in Marietta Georgia, and currently planning on expanding our presence throughout the entire southeast.

We cover the entire Metro Atlanta Area and we perform engineering inspections and designs for all Georgia States.

We are currently licensed in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONDITION ASSESSMENT

We have licensed registered professional engineers engaged in engineering inspections of structural components of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use buildings.

We receive numerous calls from Real Estate Agents and Homeowners for structural engineering inspections during the due diligence time period. Either is a cracked concrete foundation or slab, damaged structural framing or trusses, structural damage of floor framing in crawl spaces due to water intrusion, deterioration or insect/termite damage, improper structural modification / alteration / addition / restoration of a room, garage, porch, deck, wall, roof segment we've seen it all. Our typical inspections cover foundations, retaining walls, structural and non-bearing walls, basements, crawl space, moisture intrusion, leaks, deflection of structural elements such as floor joists, beams, connections, impact damage, and many more.

ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS, RENOVATIONS, REHABILITATION

We also work with multiple contractors, property owners, management companies, and property investors in providing engineering inspections for a wide range of scopes. Either you want to remove interior walls, create a vaulted ceiling, shift posts, remodel the interior space, or add exterior rooms or an entire story, we are here to assist you with your engineering inspection and subsequent engineering design of structural elements needs.

We can deploy and schedule an engineering inspection within 1-3 business days from receiving a phone call and the original home inspection report so you can rest assured that we will act within the due diligence. We will go over and address any issues indicated by the home inspector, homeowner and / or realtor and focus on what is important to you or your client.

ENGINEERING PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

We provide engineering inspections for real estate transactions such as home / residential property sales. If your home inspector recommends an engineering inspection, please call us to schedule your appointment asap during your due diligence period. We will provide an engineering inspection report with photos that will explain any deficiencies and propose corrections if needed. Any engineering design such as repair drawings and engineering analysis will be a separate service and not included in the report.

DAMAGE RESTORATION ENGINEERING INSPECTION

We provide engineering inspection reports and reconstruction plans for permitting and restoration. If your/client’s property was damaged by any impacting object like vehicle or tree, please contact us to provide you with engineering report, as-built drawings and reconstruction and restoration drawings for permit purpose. AS BUILT DRAWINGS AND 3D MODELS While at the site, we will generate a complete floor plan that can be later turned into a 3D model of the inspected property. This can help the owner and us to visualize any changes or issues with the building.

THERMAL / INFRARED INSPECTIONS.

We provide IR/thermal inspections for moisture intrusion leaks, energy loss, and inadequate equipment, structural issues. We are experts in leak detection and providing an accurate engineering report about the cause, origin and extend of the damage.

COMMERCIAL ROOF INSPECTIONS REGISTERED ROOF OBSERVERS

We provide commercial roof inspections as professional engineers and registered roof observers. We inspect the roof membrane, insulation deck, seams and penetrations for proper installation

COMMERCIAL PROJECTS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT INSPECTIONS

We provide engineering inspections services for commercial construction management. As a contractor working with subs can be challenging. Let us help you with proper inspections and construction details.
